There are 63 national parks in the United States. One of my goals is to visit all the national parks, but I still have a long way to go. This collection highlights some of my favorite national parks: Yosemite, Zion, and Banff (in Canada).
The parks represented here are Yosemite, Zion, Canyonlands and Death Valley in the United States, and Banff in Canada. Yosemite gives the valley floor and its oaks, Zion the Watchman and Archangel Falls in the Subway, Canyonlands the arch at Mesa Arch and the slot known as the Crack, and Death Valley the ripples of the Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes.
Banff carries the most work of any single park in the collection, from Moraine Lake and Lake Louise to Bow Lake and Peyto Lake, most of it in winter. There is more of it in the Canadian Rockies gallery.
