Mood Match

Source Fine Art Photography for Design & Staging Professionals

Sourcing wall art for a client project, a staging job, or a mood board? Upload a room photo, tap a mood, or pick a few colors, and Mood Match ranks every print in the collection by how well it actually pairs with them, then sends it straight into the room visualizer to preview on the wall before anyone signs off. Decorating your own space instead? The exact same tool works just as well for you.

Find a print that fits your room

Pick a mood, tap a few colors, or upload a photo of your room. We’ll surface the prints that pair best, and reuse that same photo to preview one on your wall.

or add a photo

Pick a mood, tap a few colors, or upload a photo above to see matches.

How Mood Match Works

  1. 01

    Show the room

Upload a photo of the space, a fabric or paint swatch, or tap a mood that matches the project.

  2. 02

    Get ranked matches

See the prints that actually pair with that palette, closest match first, not the whole catalog sorted.

  3. 03

    Preview it on the wall

Send any match into the room visualizer to see it sized and lit correctly in the real space.

What Mood Match Actually Looks At

Every print in the collection has been analysed for its dominant colors, weighted by how much of the image each one occupies. So a photograph is represented by the palette you would actually notice on a wall, not by an average of all its pixels, which for most landscapes collapses into a muddy brown regardless of the subject.

When you upload a room photo, the same analysis runs on your space, and prints are ranked by how close their palette sits to yours. Results are cut off at a real distance threshold rather than simply sorted, so you see the prints that genuinely pair with the room rather than the whole catalog in descending order with the worst matches still technically on the list.

The mood presets work differently. Rather than matching a specific hue, they group prints by overall character: how bright or dark the image reads, how saturated it is, and whether its palette leans warm or cool. That is what separates Moody & Dramatic from Bright & Airy even when two prints share a similar color.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find wall art that matches my room's color palette?

Upload a photo of the room, or tap the colors you are working with, in the Mood Match panel. It reads the dominant colors in that photo or selection and ranks every print in the catalog by how closely it pairs with them, closest match first.

Can I use a mood board or fabric swatch instead of a room photo?

Yes. Any photo with the palette you are designing around works, including a fabric swatch, a paint chip, or a screenshot of a mood board. You can also skip the photo entirely and tap one of the mood presets, such as Warm & Earthy or Cool & Serene.

Do you offer trade pricing for interior designers, stagers, and other professionals?

Yes. Interior designers, home stagers, real estate professionals, and art consultants sourcing art for a client project all get trade pricing on any print, in any size. Trade pricing is set up per person rather than as a general code, so there is a short application and I come back to you personally with your pricing.

Is Mood Match useful for real estate staging or commercial design projects?

Yes. Anyone sourcing art professionally, including home stagers, real estate teams, art consultants, and commercial or hospitality designers, can use Mood Match the same way an interior designer would: match a space’s palette, get ranked prints, and preview them on the wall before a client ever sees a proof.

What is the difference between matching by color and matching by mood?

Color matching compares the exact hues in your reference photo or selection. Mood matching groups prints by overall feel, such as brightness, saturation, and warm versus cool tone, which is faster when you know the vibe you want but not the specific palette yet.

Can I see how a print will actually look on the wall before ordering?

Yes. Any match can be sent straight into the room visualizer, which sizes the print correctly against your own room photo and adds realistic lighting and shadow, useful for a client presentation and not just a rough idea.
